Sagenext Infotech is a 24/7 managed cloud hosting provider specialising in tax and accounting software. Our customers are accountants, CPAs, tax professionals and small businesses across the United States, who rely on us for secure, always-available access to the applications their practice runs on. We operate the full commercial chain in-house — marketing, sales, onboarding, service delivery, technical support, and customer success — and we are scaling that platform for the next phase of growth.

We are creating a senior business operations role in the founder’s office. The person in this role will work directly with the CEO to translate business priorities into structured, measurable execution across the company.

4–8 years in business operations, founder’s office, chief of staff, strategy and operations, program management, customer operations or general management — with hands-on execution, not only advisory exposure.

Exposure to B2B SaaS, technology or managed services, IT support, cloud, cybersecurity, or customer-success operations is preferred. Experience serving US-based B2B customers is an advantage.
