Job Responsibilities

- Handle and calibrate all **QC instruments**.

- Maintain **quality control records and housekeeping**.

- Conduct testing of **Resin (PF, CPF, MF)** and maintain logbooks.

- Perform **FG Material testing as per ISI parameters**.

- Maintain documentation for **BIS/ISI audits**.

- Analyze **in-process samples, raw materials, packaging materials, vendor samples, and boiler fuel**.

- Review **Batch Processing Records (PF/CPF/MF)** and maintain records.

- Perform **wastewater tests** (COD, BOD, pH, TDS, TSS).

- Test **complaint samples** and maintain a **complaint logbook**.

Requirements

- **Minimum 5-7 years of experience** in quality control (laminate industry preferred).

- In-depth knowledge of **laboratory management and equipment**.

- Thorough understanding of **safety and lab procedures**.

- Strong **interpersonal and communication skills**.

- Physically fit to perform job responsibilities.
