Trainer / Special Educator

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct structured training sessions for students with disabilities.
• Carry out assessments, orientations, and progress evaluations.
• Use creative and engaging training methodologies.
• Maintain student attendance and progress records.
• Support students in developing independence, productivity, and life skills.
• Conduct parent meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Collaborate with counselors, coordinators, and other team members to enhance student outcomes.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with people with disabilities.
• Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and organized approach to training.
