Brief Role : Job Description
HR Mngr will be responsible for managing all gamut of human resource functions like hiring, confirmation, transfer & promotion and payroll administration.
Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Monitoring & promoting employee welfare schemes.
Create a learning organization with continuous Training & Development of associates.
Must be proactive in identifying the gaps, Liasoning with corporate as well as the circle operation team in ensuring timely execution of various HR policies and programs.

Understanding of HR generalists role like Employee engagement, Employee retention, Team management, Attendance , payroll.
Salary:INR 2,00,000 - 5,50,000 P.A.
