Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure that only eligible candidates are onboard. Ensuring required credentials created on the same day. Come up with new ideas to improve the onboarding experience of new hires. Support and co -ordinate with management in framing HR policies and procedures for all the levels of the organization.
