Brief Role : Job Description
Act as a key contact for all issues related to on -boarding and monitor progress of new hires.
Responsible for verification and collection of various documents.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure that only eligible candidates are onboard.
Ensuring required credentials created on the same day.
Come up with new ideas to improve the onboarding experience of new hires.
Support and co -ordinate with management in framing HR policies and procedures for all the levels of the organization.
Create and maintain conducive working environment to achieve optimum job satisfaction and career growth.
