Developing and executing detailed hiring strategies (including social media) for attracting talent with top- notch skills and the right personality
Put in place meaningful metrics, processes, and tools to measure and continuously improve the efficiency of the recruitment teams technology and non- technology
To ensure the proper on- boarding / handholding of the new employees.
Implementation of Induction training process and ensure each and every employee of the zone receives the induction training as per the manual.
Responsible for completion of Performance appraisal for the zone.
Having one- to- one discussion with the employees having grievances related to appraisal.
Have exposure of Factory environment in handling & resolving blue collars queries and grievances.
Developed and implemented engagement activities like CSI, Employee Dialogue etc for Shop floor.
Major strength as an effective communicator, developed culture of open communication with excellent relationship management skills.
