Job Title: Financial Product Advisor / Investment Executive

Location: Sector 75, Mohali

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives (Based on performance)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

* Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

* Pitch and sell life insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, IPOs, and other investment products.

* Assist customers in opening Demat accounts and guide them through the KYC process.

2. Client Advisory & Relationship Management

* Provide customized financial advice based on clients' investment goals, risk appetite, and time horizon.

* Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and reviews of their portfolios.

* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve queries related to financial products.

3. Compliance & Documentation

* Ensure complete and accurate documentation for all transactions.

* Follow regulatory guidelines and company policies for all financial services.

* Keep up to date with new product offerings, market trends, and SEBI/IRDAI guidelines.

4. Reporting & Targets

* Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Maintain daily reports of calls, meetings, leads generated, and conversions.

* Report performance metrics to the team leader/manager.

Key Skills & Competencies:

* Basic understanding of financial products (insurance, mutual funds, SIPs, etc.)

* Good communication and persuasion skills.Client-centric approach and problem-solving mindset.

* Sales-driven attitude with a willingness to learn.

* Proficiency in MS Office and basic financial tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)

* Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong interest in finance may apply)

Certification (preferred): NISM Mutual Fund/IRDA License (or willing to obtain post joining
