Full Stack Developer as Tech Lead-ReactJS/NodeJS

Job Description

• Self-motivated and detail-oriented Full Stack Developer with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Specialized in designing and developing responsive web apps. Have the ability to develop, mentor, and review NodeJS React JS. Focus on quality and ability to perform code reviews.
• Optimize application for maximum scalability and ensure brand consistency. Identify potential opportunities for application code optimization.

Requirements/Skill Set

• 2+ year of Tech Lead Experience
• 5+ year of Development Experience
• Excellent working knowledge of React.js(Flux or Redux),Node.js,Web Socket, Messaging Que, RabbitMQ, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery. Experience in React Native is a PLUS
• Knowledge of multiple back-end frameworks (e.g. Spring, SpringBoot) and REST services and API design
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB)
• Experience with Micro-Services architecture, DevOps tools, Code Versioning with Git, Agile software development techniques and supporting tools like JIRA
• Work with a remote team of designers, engineers, and project managers
• Experience working in a Linux environment and open-source libraries
• Experience of working with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Good communication skills
