Civil Site supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, ensure work quality, and coordinate with the project team for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule

• Monitor workmanship, material usage, and compliance with quality standards

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams

• Ensure safety protocols and site regulations are followed at all times

• Prepare daily progress reports and update management

• Assist in checking drawings, measurements, and material requirements

• Solve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow

• Maintain site documentation and ensure proper record-keeping

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)

• 0–1 years of experience in civil site supervision

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety norms

• Ability to manage labor teams and maintain discipline on site

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
