RecruitFutures is a fast-growing, agile recruitment consulting firm specializing in high-impact talent acquisition across Technology (IT) and Corporate Non-Technical verticals pan-India. We pride ourselves on a data-driven, skills-based approach to hiring. As we scale our brand presence, we are looking for a creative and articulate Marketing & Communication Intern to join our team.

Position Summary

As a Marketing & Communication Intern, you will help shape the voice and visual identity of RecruitFutures. You will work on content creation, social media management (specifically LinkedIn), and employer branding strategies to engage corporate clients and top-tier candidates.

Role: Marketing & Communication Intern

Duration: 3 Months (With a strong opportunity for a Permanent Performance-Based PPO upon completion)

Stipend: ₹6,000 per month

Location: Jaipur (Hybrid – Blend of in-office and remote work)

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Draft engaging posts, articles, and updates for our social media channels, focusing heavily on LinkedIn professional branding.

Campaign Management: Assist in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns aimed at B2B client acquisition and talent attraction.

Communication Design: Create clear internal and external communication materials, newsletters, and basic presentation decks.

Market Research: Monitor industry trends, recruitment marketing strategies, and competitor activities to suggest fresh content ideas.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Final year students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English Literature, or MBA (Marketing).

Communication: Flawless written and verbal English communication skills with a flair for professional storytelling.

Creativity: Basic hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and video editing tools/apps is highly preferred.

Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced startup environment.
