Job Description: Event Partnerships & Community Coordinator (Internship)

About the Role

We are looking for an ownership-driven Event Partnerships & Community Coordinator to support the execution and growth of a conscious living festival and community initiatives. This role is ideal for someone interested in events, entrepreneurship, partnerships, sustainability, wellness, and community building.

Key Responsibilities

Exhibitor & Brand Coordination

●        Research and build a database of relevant brands and exhibitors

●        Reach out to potential exhibitors through calls, messages, and emails

●        Follow up with interested exhibitors and maintain communication

●        Share event details, forms, proposals, and collect required information

●        Track exhibitor journey from interest to confirmation

Partnership & Collaboration Management

●        Coordinate with colleges, communities, creators, hotels, restaurants, organizations, and other partners

●        Maintain partnership trackers and ensure timely follow-ups

●        Schedule meetings and coordinate communication between external partners and the core team

Event Operations & Communication

●        Create and manage Google Forms, Sheets, databases, and communication trackers

●        Collect speaker, exhibitor, and collaborator details such as bios, logos, photos, and requirements

●        Support volunteer coordination and event planning tasks

●        Prepare weekly progress updates

Lead Management & Follow-ups

●        Make regular follow-up calls

●        Maintain status pipelines

●        Identify important opportunities to escalate to the founder/core team

Requirements

●        Strong communication skills

●        Comfortable making calls and speaking with new people

●        Organized and detail-oriented

●        Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Docs

●        Interest in events, sustainability, entrepreneurship, wellness, or communities

●        Self-driven attitude with ability to take ownership
