💼 Experience: 2–3 Years (Mandatory in Wooden Industry)

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass

💰 Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month

⏰ Working Hours: 8.5 Hours + Overtime

💡 Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Beam Saw Machine Operator who can handle production efficiently as per planning while ensuring smooth machine operations and minimal material wastage.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor Beam Saw Machines for panel cutting as per cutting lists

Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and cutting plans

Load and unload boards safely and efficiently

Optimize material usage to reduce wastage

Adjust machine settings (blade height, pressure beam, feed speed)

Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine

Coordinate with Design, CNC, and Assembly teams

✅ Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Beam Saw Machine operations

Understanding of machine maintenance

Ability to read detailed drawings and cutting lists

Knowledge of raw material and color identification

Good communication skills
