Description Position Details: Experience Required: 3-6 months of relevant experience (preferred in a consultancy company) Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days) Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM Location: Work from Home Duration: 3-6 months Interview Rounds: 3   Roles and Responsibilities 1. Profile Sourcing: Use platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media channels to identify and source profiles for Sales and Tech roles. 2. Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to evaluate alignment with s and suitability for roles. 3. Mock Interviews: Facilitate mock interviews for Business Development Associate positions, providing candidates with feedback and guidance for improvement. Requirements A strong interest in HR and recruitment. Familiarity with sourcing candidates via social media and professional networks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
