CRM Executive

We are seeking CRM Executives to handle client relationship management. The role requires strong communication, after-sales support, and customer query resolution skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client interactions and provide post-sales support.

• Handle documentation, agreements, and customer queries.

• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with clients.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover.

• experience in CRM/client handling (real estate preferred).

• Good communication skills in English & Hindi.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-first mindset.
