Ensure the efficient deployment of manpower in alignment with the organizational structure.
Manage smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
Organize and conduct statutory and regulatory audits to ensure compliance.
Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of payroll for the business unit.
Oversee payroll processing and administration, including the standardization of reports for better decision-making.
Maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all positions and validate them as required.
Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees.
Participate in the confirmation process of employees and record inputs and observations.
Address employee grievances and provide necessary support.
Ensure mandatory training is provided to all employees as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Provide inputs during performance reviews of maintenance operatives.
Regularly provide feedback to employees for optimum performance.
Maintain discipline records and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Standardize files generated in the system and capture relevant data for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
Implement guidelines and procedures effectively.
