Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Node.js Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Node.js development and a good understanding of building robust, scalable applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining server-side logic, creating APIs, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.

Responsibilities:

Node.js Development: Utilize your expertise in Node.js to design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.

REST API Development: Create role-based and authentication-based REST APIs, ensuring they meet the required standards for security and efficiency.

Database Management: Work with MySQL databases and use Sequelize ORM for efficient data handling and manipulation.

Stripe Payment Gateway: Implement and integrate Stripe payment gateway solutions for seamless transactions within applications.

API Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and optimize APIs for maximum performance and scalability.

Code Quality & Testing: Ensure code quality through writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough testing to guarantee robustness and reliability.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Node.js development.

Proficiency in creating role-based and authentication-based REST APIs.

Strong knowledge of MySQL databases and Sequelize ORM.

Experience in integrating and working with the Stripe payment gateway.

Solid understanding of API optimization techniques.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory but advantageous):

Familiarity with other NoSQL databases.

Knowledge of microservices architecture.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
