Technical Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC).
• Build microservices and cloud-based applications using modern frameworks.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance to the development team.
• Mentor junior engineers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to align on solutions.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Work on payment gateway integrations, BBPS, and other financial services.

Preferred candidate profile

• Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (BE/MCA).
• 12+ years of software development experience, 4+ years in a senior or lead role.
• Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and modern web technologies (ReactJS preferred).
• Strong understanding of design patterns, OOP, and SOLID principles.
• Experience with AWS, Git, JIRA, and agile development (Scrum/Kanban).
• NBFC/Fintech experience preferred.
