React JS Developer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software in the area of distributed systems.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Work closely with technology teams and internal end users to deliver solutions for trade businesses.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and high availability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Convert design mockups into interactive web applications with a seamless user experience.
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Maintain high attention to detail and work within tight deadlines.
• Mentor and guide team members in the right direction.
• Hands-on contribution to development and problem-solving.

Required Skill Set:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS with advanced knowledge.
• Expertise in JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks.
• High proficiency in HTML/HTML5 and CSS/CSS3.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience in server-side programming (Node.js or any other backend language).
• Basic knowledge of SQL/MySQL.
• Up-to-date knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) in UI/UX.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Experience in building stateless, SaaS/SOA, and scalable applications/platforms.
• Proficiency with Git/Git-flow for version control.
• Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience with SDLC frameworks such as Maven/Gradle, PIP, Anaconda, Jenkins, and Jira.
• Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Working experience with container orchestration frameworks like Docker Swarm, OpenShift, or Kubernetes.
• Understanding of distributed and parallel processing environments.
