Executive - R&D

Initiate RD innovation which results in thedevelopment of new products to support marketing program/promotion to deliver100% customer satisfaction and achieve companiesbusiness goals.

Lead new product development projects fromconcept o full launch which includes but not limited to developing product,ingredients, sourcing suppliers approving suppliers selecting equipment.

Collaborate and lead cross functional team toreach project objectives includes but not limited to marketing operations,finance and QA. Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and work independently.

Maintain good working relationship and coordinationwith operation team, finance team, supply chain management team with a view toensuring proper implementation of new products consistent with companyshortand long term sales and profit growth objectives.

Monitor and follow up performance of newproducts launched both sales and quality anticipate and analyze causeseffective performance and provide recommendation to management and operationsto improve its performance.

Prepare related reports on regular bases weekly,monthly ,quarterly and annually to marketing director management and operationteam.
