Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Manager  lead and guide a recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in managing people, achieving hiring targets, and learning the end-to-end talent acquisition process. You will be responsible for ensuring your team achieves at least 80% of the monthly hiring goals.

This is a performance-driven internship with scope for a full-time position and salary increment based on results.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a recruitment team to deliver consistent results.

Ensure monthly hiring targets are met (minimum 80% achievement).

Monitor team performance, provide support, and resolve challenges.

Maintain discipline, productivity, and proper reporting.

Act as a communication link between management and your team.

Pursuing or recently completed BBA/MBA/HR or related program.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability.

Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Ability to motivate a team under deadlines.
