Position: Lead React.JS Developer

Job Type & Shift: Permanent & Day Shift

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development.

- Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

- Familiarity with other front-end frameworks like Svelte, Vue.js, or Angular.

- Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices.

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.

- Experience with CSS frameworks and preprocessors such as Sass or Less.

- Strong skills in CSS and UI design with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Experience with front-end build tools and bundlers such as Webpack, Rollup, or Parcel.

- Knowledge of modern testing frameworks and tools like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha.

- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Experience with performance optimization techniques and tools.

- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
