RESTAURANT MANAGER

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver excellent dining experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily restaurant operations

Manage staff, training, rosters & performance

Ensure excellent customer service & guest satisfaction

Monitor inventory, control costs & reduce wastage

Ensure hygiene, food safety & regulatory compliance

Handle customer complaints & resolve issues

Verify sales reports, billing & cash handling

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred

2-5 years of experience in restaurant/ hospitality management

Strong leadership, communication & team management skills

Knowledge of operations, food safety & customer handling

Basic computer knowledge (Billing, MS Office)

Ability to work under pressure
