Job Description Analyze the client requirement and propose a customized solution including creation of high level/low level design diagrams / documents Architect / Design and Implement web applications on server platforms Guide and support development team with efficient solutions Follow software engineering practices defined Contribute to putting in place best industry practices for code, reviews, performance tuning etc. Would be researching for solutions in advanced avenues and propose possible solutions / features Able to handle all technologies preferred open systems Able to work on frameworks, architecture, design and analysis Will be involved in design / code level reviews Will actively contribute in enhancing knowledge base Will ensure that teams follow the defined architecture Provide support on the solutions proposed to development team Shall contribute in building libraries Reporting to CEO Other Skills Good command over Internet Technologies Strong database designing skills Experience in PHP, mySQL, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Smarty, Joomla, OS Commerce, WordPress, etc. Should be proficient in handling HTML design, tableless HTML adhering to Web 2.0 standards. Cross browser and resolution development. Experience is a must. Sound working knowledge of Social networking websites, ecommerce website, directory websites, content management system, blogs, discussion forum, payment gateway systems, API integration, CRM Proficient in PHP Frameworks, Joomla, WordPress ( Template customization, modules integration, Theme integration, custom template, integration, plugins, SEO, e commerce plugin) SEO techniques for dynamic websites. URL re-writing with keywords etc. Should be able to use Hosting control panel effectively Excellent written and oral communication skills.
