Hiring: Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Commerce

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer – Agentic Commerce to help build cutting-edge AI-driven commerce platforms powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous AI agents. The ideal candidate will combine strong software engineering expertise with hands-on experience in designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents for commerce and enterprise applications.
• Build scalable Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and advanced AI orchestration frameworks.
• Create multi-agent systems capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and decision-making.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and integrations that support AI-powered products.
• Implement LLM-based solutions across customer experiences, business workflows, and commerce ecosystems.
• Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with product managers, business teams, and engineers to deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Establish best practices for AI deployment, monitoring, evaluation, governance, and lifecycle management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in software engineering, system architecture, and scalable application development.
• Proven experience building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production environments.
• Hands-on expertise in developing AI agents and Agentic AI workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Practical knowledge of modern AI frameworks, including:
• LangChain
• LangGraph
• AutoGen
• CrewAI
• Experience working with foundation models such as:
• OpenAI
• Anthropic
• Google AI Models
• Open-source LLM ecosystems
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AI monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and observability tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Commerce, Retail, Customer Experience, or Digital Transformation projects.
• Exposure to MCP (Model Context Protocol) and Context Engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, and Responsible AI principles.

Experience Requirements

• 4–8+ years of overall software engineering experience.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Agentic AI and LLM-based systems.
• Demonstrated success in taking AI solutions from concept and prototype stages to large-scale production deployment.
