Key Responsibilities will Include:-

• Generating Business Leads B2B and B2C, Efficiently maintaining contacts with existing prospects.
• Project Bidding across various online platforms like Guru, Upwork etc.
• Mark the strategy to create work pipeline through Online Bidding Platforms and Direct Mode.
• Layout the Plan to generate and increase the target revenues through Online Bidding Platforms.
• Understanding and keeping up-to-date with constant developments in the Web Industry.
• Classify the areas for expansion and development.
• Create Weekly/Monthly revenue forecast and reports on revenue performance.
• Delivering against the revenue targets to meet estimated revenue target.

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum 2/3 year experience within Business Development/Online Bidding Platforms.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Target Driven and Motivated must be comfortable in a targeted oriented environment.
• Affluent Command over the English (Spoken and Written).
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills (telephone, written and face-to-face).
• Excellent time Management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously.
• Must have the skills to lead and motivate the marketing team to beat expected results.
