About Us

We are looking for an efficient Senior Technology Manager who can design and implement solutions combining multiple technologies, frameworks, and libraries to deliver outcomes that meet our client s business objectives.
As a Senior Manager of Technology at NeosAlpha Technologies, you will have multiple responsibilities, including leadership of teams, architecture, technical design, and development.
In addition, you will work closely with solution consultants and pre-sales on proposals for prospective customers.
You will build a digital roadmap for our customers, guide them through the challenges of digitization and be a valuable technical contact for the decision-makers of our customers.

Job Role

12+ years of IT experience having a deep knowledge of SDLC life cycle covering requirements, design, development, testing, and delivery of n-tier architectures.

5+ years of experience as a software developer.
3+ years of experience as a Technical Manager or a Software Dev Manager.

Management skills

Technical management of the complete SDLC of multiple projects that run in parallel to ensure the deliverables meet the defined architecture, design & quality standards.
Understand Agile development methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
Experience in client-facing or consulting roles. Participate and run technical discussions or workshops.
Experience in leading engineering teams, with or without direct reports. Prepare elements of sales proposals to represent Neos Alpha s technical expertise. Build technical capabilities by identifying and grooming developers. Mentor team members in using Software standards, architectures, best practices and establish governance.
Develop a strategy to build new technical competencies.

Technical skills

Web application development, microservices, APIs, SOA.
Experience with cloud implementation/integration/data engineering.
Knowledge of industry-standard design patterns and multi-tier architecture.
Experience with designing and implementing enterprise architecture at scale.
Lead the translation of the client s business requirements into solution design.
Provide technical delivery guidance for the developers.

Soft skills

Willing to continuously develop yourself and passionate about sharing your knowledge with the wider team.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Strong problem solver, structured, systematized and pragmatic.

Desirables

Experience in cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
Experience in containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
Knowledge and understanding of common industry frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF, Prince 2, MSP, Six Sigma).

Qualifications

Any Graduate or above (Engineering or MCA).
