Backend Developer (NestJS / Laravel)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced backend developer to join our team. This role requires expertise in backend development with a focus on NestJS and Laravel, and a deep understanding of server-side logic and architecture. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain server-side applications using NestJS and Laravel. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable code for web applications. Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize product performance. Ensure high-quality performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications. Implement data protection, security features, and ensure compliance with best practices. Understand and implement the software development life cycle (SDLC). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Provide training and support to internal teams as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven work experience as a backend developer with NestJS or Laravel. Strong knowledge of NestJS or Laravel, with experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices, or full-stack applications. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. Strong knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Strong unit testing and debugging skills. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of deployment and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. Preferred: Experience with other backend frameworks (Node.js, Express.js, Symfony, etc.). Familiarity with Docker and containerization practices.
