About Us

As an Editing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, engaging, and optimized video content for a variety of clients. you'll lead a team of editors, coordinate with content strategists, and ensure seamless execution of video production workflows. Your role is critical in delivering content that performs whether it s a high-paced gaming video, a cinematic brand showcase, or an engaging lifestyle vlog. Key Responsibilities 1. Video Editing & Content Optimization Oversee video editing workflows for multiple clients across different niches. Ensure dynamic pacing, storytelling, and motion graphics to maximize engagement. Maintain brand consistency, following client-specific styles and preferences. Manage color grading, sound design, and visual effects to enhance production quality. Approve final edits before publishing, ensuring all content meets platform-specific standards. 2. Trend Monitoring & Content Strategy Stay up-to-date with editing trends, industry standards, and platform algorithm updates. Research competitor content and implement new editing styles to improve performance. Analyze audience data and recommend content optimizations (formatting, length, engagement hooks). 3. Client & Team Coordination Work closely with content strategists, thumbnail designers, and video editors. Understand each client s branding, niche, and audience preferences to align edits with their style. Lead a team of editors, providing creative direction, feedback, and quality control. Ensure timely delivery of projects, maintaining high production standards. 4. A/B Testing & Performance Analysis Implement A/B testing on video edits to optimize retention and engagement. Work with the analytics team to review video performance and iterate on successful formats. Optimize video intros, hooks, and pacing based on audience engagement metrics. Requirements 5+ years of experience in professional video editing & content production. Strong knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and motion graphics tools. Experience in managing multiple projects or clients at the same time. Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience psychology in video editing. Ability to adapt to different editing styles, from cinematic corporate videos to fast-paced YouTube content. Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage a team efficiently. Preferred but not required: Experience working with YouTube creators, digital content agencies, or media production companies. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading a team of editors in a fast-paced content environment. Strong understanding of social media content trends and video consumption behavior. Experience in motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, and visual storytelling techniques.
