Job Title: Senior React JS Engineer

Job Brief: We are seeking an experienced React JS Engineer with 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining complex web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain user-facing features using React.js.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Manage application state using Redux or similar libraries.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure applications are current and competitive.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Extensive experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
