Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM). The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, functional analysis, system configuration, testing, and end-user support to ensure successful Dynamics 365 implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications as per business needs.
• Support end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service modules.
• Assist in preparing functional documentation (BRD, FRD, user manuals).
• Conduct system testing, UAT, and provide user training.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration and customization requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot functional issues.

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM.
• Good understanding of at least one module (Finance, SCM, Sales, Customer Service, or HR).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to create functional documentation and process workflows.
• Experience in client interaction and requirement gathering.
• Knowledge of end-to-end implementation lifecycle (requirement → design → testing → deployment → support).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification (Functional Consultant Associate).
• Basic understanding of Power BI, Power Apps, or Power Automate.
• Experience in working with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
