About Us

Job Profile Requirement: Well experienced in working with IRS, EIL, Lloyds , etc internationally reputed inspection agencies for clearance of manufactured items. Responsible for making QAP for new and existing jobs. Responsible for making WPS and PQR for all steels and alloys that are weldable.

Responsible for identifying technical issues in case of welding/manufacturing defects and ways and means to minimize, mitigate and rectify all defects. Implement a working system to ensure conformity and accuracy in the production process Set detailed guidelines on what need to be checked as per quality standards.

Knowledge of Raw materials and casting and their relevant inspection standards Knowledge of different welding process and their defects analysis. Should be working in heavy engineering / OEM company.
