• Bachelor s degree in Liberal Arts, International Relations or Computer Science
• Technical training or experience to work in a software/IT field
• Excellent communication skills including technical writing skills
• Ability to interact well in a team environment
• Multi-lingual preferred with excellent written/spoken abilities in English
• Well organised with strong attention to detail required

• Manage technical requirements from client
• Ensuring proper documentation of all client deliverable
• Implementing change management structures and processes
