Designing & Visual Content: Utilize design tools to create visually appealing graphics, infographics, reels/shorts and promotional materials for social media posts and campaigns Campaigns: Develop and execute social media campaigns, define key performance indicators (KPIs) and KRAs to measure success, and continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategy and engagement. Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions, fostering a vibrant and engaged online community. Strategically guide social media audiences toward newsletter subscriptions, nurturing them into a loyal and engaged readership. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports on social engagement and program ROI as required. SEO & Content Optimization: Monitor SEO and user engagement metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize content for better reach and impact. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure TechNadu remains at the forefront of digital media. Communication Liaison: Function as a vital link between management and the operations team, ensuring that social media strategies are seamlessly integrated with business objectives and operational execution. Qualification and Expertise 4 years of experience in managing and elevating social media presence, preferably in the tech or digital media industry. Bachelors or Masters degrees in Marketing, Communications, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field Proven ability to craft and execute innovative social media campaigns that spark engagement, drive conversations, and expand reach. Skilled in building and managing diverse social media platforms and tools, including Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube and Bluesky. Deep understanding of social media algorithms, SEO, web traffic metrics, and platform-specific best practices to maximize visibility. Experience with paid social media campaigns and advertisements is desired. Skills and Mindset Proficient in leveraging CRM systems, and web analytics tools to drive data-driven decision-making. Working knowledge of Canva, Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or any other professional design software to design creatives. A creative storyteller with a passion for designing compelling content that captivates audiences and strengthens brand identity. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive, engaging, and SEO-optimized social media content.
