Human Resource Manager

Job Description: -

• To Lead the talent acquisition vertical & develop the recruiting strategy
• To do bulk hiring for technical & non-technical profiles.
• Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual and intern personnel. Manage full life cycle recruitment (post, source, pre-screen, schedule, background, references, offer, on boarding, etc.).
• To Maintain the database of candidate records, including active and passive, hired reports
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• To close the vacant position as per given deadlines
• As directed by the Management

Required Skills: -

• MBA HR preferred.
• Proven working experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Self-motivated with a high energy level and ability to adapt to new situations.
• Experience with Sourcing and Recruitment tools
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of social media for sourcing the Right candidate
