  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Preparation of Statutory taxes ESI PF TDS GST professional Taxes and timely Remittance to Government filling of Respective Returns
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop performance management systems that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong functional skills in HR area of expertise, ability to resolve conflicts and build teams
  • Working with Internal and Statutory Auditors
  • Ensuring IT Returns and Compliance of ROC Fillings with Company Secretary
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Qualification required: MBA/Post Graduate / Graduate in Human Resources with 2+ years exp in HR
