About Us

Job Description:

Kaizen Nextgen is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics Technical Consultant with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/CRM) development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with client business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop customizations, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Work on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to extend Dynamics 365 functionality.
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Perform data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF) or other tools.
Develop and maintain reports (SSRS, Power BI, FetchXML).
Support end-to-end implementation including customization, configuration, and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 applications.
Maintain technical documentation and ensure coding best practices.

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Dynamics 365 (CRM/Finance/SCM) development.
Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS for Dynamics customization.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
Hands-on experience in creating plug-ins, custom workflows, business rules, and form customizations.
Good understanding of data entities, integrations (REST, OData, Web Services, API).
Experience with SQL Server, SSRS, and FetchXML reporting.
Ability to work with functional teams and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Good to Have:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate certification.
Experience in Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions).
Knowledge of deployment using LCS (Lifecycle Services) for ERP modules.
Exposure to Agile/DevOps environment (Azure DevOps, Git).

Education:
