We are seeking a Senior HR professional with 8+ years of experience who will primarily undertake a people front-ending role.
This position involves managing employee communication, handling employee grievances, and driving employee engagement, all while ensuring the workplace remains fun and full of good vibes.
She will act as the main point of contact for employees and managers, serving as a trusted advisor on People & Culture-related matters. She will provide consultation on daily employee issues and performance management, including coaching, counselling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
Additionally will also prepare and organize employee events to support and enhance the company culture.
This role also includes coaching managers on effective performance management to boost productivity and employee development.
Will partner with leaders to drive People-related initiatives and offer guidance on employee development, performance management, and career & succession planning
