Prepare reports and insights for management decision-making
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–10 years of proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Experience with HRMS and recruitment tools
