Designation: Node.js Tech Lead Developer

Location: Work From Home (Monday-Saturday)

Work Experience: 3-5 years experience in handling team

Interview Rounds: 3-4 Rounds

Round 1: Online Technical Interview

Round 2: Assignment

Round 3: Coding Round

Round 4: HR Round

Must Have:

1. Experience in designing & building scalable systems from scratch.

2. Experience of handling a team of 4-6 members.

3. Experience in System Architecture.

4. Experience in working with startup companies.

Role and Responsibilities

Frontend Development:-

1. Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).

2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure high-quality design and implementation.

3. Optimize web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

Backend Development:-

1. Build and maintain server-side logic from scratch using languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP.

2. Develop APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend components.

3. Maintain databases and ensure security and data protection using technologies like MySQL,

MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.

4. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to ensure optimal performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:-

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. 5-7 years of experience in backend development.

3. Shouldn't be a frequent job switcher.

4. Proficiency in frontend languages and frameworks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.js).

5. Strong experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, or PHP) and databases

(MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

6. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.

7. Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

8. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

9. Basic understanding of DevOps and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (a plus).

10. Must have Experience in System Architecture.
