Job Description:
Role Overview
We are seeking an Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Core Developer to build, and maintain identity and access management solutions. The role requires strong hands-on OIM development expertise, including connectors, event handlers, custom workflows, and integrations with enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities
•    Develop, and deploy OIM components (event handlers, scheduled jobs, SOA workflows, custom connectors).
•    Implement and customize OIM connectors for target systems (LDAP, DB, SCIM, REST, WebServices).
•    Troubleshoot provisioning/reconciliation issues and provide bug fixes.
•    Develop and maintain OIM-related code using Java, Groovy, ADF and APIs.
•    Integrate OIM with directories, databases, and enterprise applications.
•    Support unit testing, SIT, and UAT.
•    Document technical designs, code, and deployment procedures.
•    Support audit/compliance requirements and production operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
•    8–10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, with at least 5 years in OIM (11gR2 / 12c).
•    Strong expertise in OIM development and administration (event handlers, connectors, SOA workflows, scheduled jobs).
•    Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex IAM projects.
•    Solid understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, lifecycle management, governance).
•    Experience integrating OIM with AD, LDAP, DB, cloud apps, and enterprise systems.
•    Strong Java/J2EE and ADF programming background
•    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
•    Oracle OIM Certifications.
•    Knowledge of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven and BitBucket).
