Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on technical hiring.
Develop and maintain HR trackers and documentation with precision and accuracy.
Promote a positive work environment by building strong relationships with team members and management.
Handle employee engagement initiatives and ensure team well-being.
Assist with policy development, onboarding, and compliance tasks.
Ability to handle basic payroll and benefits coordination, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and initiatives.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Honest, empathetic, and approachable, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work hard and adapt to long hours when needed.
Minimum 1 year of experience post-graduation in an HR role.
Experience in technical recruitment is highly desirable.
Background in tech and/or prior startup experience will be an advantage.
Proactive, energetic, and motivated to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
