Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and social media updates that align with our brand voice and marketing goals. SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic search rankings. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute content strategies that attract and convert target audiences. Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and conversion rates. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure content aligns with overall marketing objectives. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging communication with our audience. Travel Requirement: May need to work at or visit Prayagraj during the months of January-February, with all travel expenses covered by the company. Qualifications: Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in content writing, digital marketing, or a related field. Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in SEO, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms. Tools: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. Attributes: Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
