React Admin & Mobile Developer

Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled React Admin & Mobile Developer to design, develop, and maintain web-based admin dashboards and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React.js for admin panel development and React Native for mobile applications. You will work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to build high-performance, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities
Admin Panel Development (React.js)
Develop and maintain admin dashboards using React.js and modern UI frameworks (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS).
Implement responsive and user-friendly UI components.
Optimize performance for smooth and fast-loading dashboards.
Integrate with RESTful APIs and GraphQL for data management.
Ensure security best practices for handling user authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, etc.).

Mobile Development (React Native)
Build cross-platform mobile applications (iOS and Android) using React Native.
Implement UI designs following mobile-first principles.
Work with third-party libraries and APIs (e.g., Firebase, Stripe, Google Maps, etc.).
Debug and optimize app performance for smooth UX.
Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store while following submission guidelines.
General Responsibilities
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs.
Work with product and UI/UX teams to refine user experience.
Maintain code quality by following best practices (ESLint, Prettier, TypeScript).
Write unit and integration tests for reliability.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in React.js, React Native, and mobile development.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in React.js for admin dashboard development.
Experience with React Native for mobile app development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and Context API.
Experience with UI libraries such as Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind CSS.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and cloud-based services.
Strong understanding of mobile app deployment (Play Store & App Store).
Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, MobX).
Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
Understanding of performance optimization techniques for both web and mobile.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with React Native CLI & Expo.
Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, Firebase Functions, or similar).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Detox).
Previous work in agile development environments.
