Team Lead - PHP

Roles & Responsibility: Responsible for documenting and communicating application design, topologies, & architecture in an understandable way to peers and the business. Plan and lead requirement gathering from clients and document the requirements. Prepare /review project documents & deliverables and ensure they are meeting schedules. Help BD/BA with proposal creation. Assist project managers in preparing implementation and data migration checklists. Project and Team management with proper resource utilization. Code review, deployment, and assistance in troubleshooting. Leading the timely planning and implementation of projects. Managing day-to-day project communication. Identification and delegation of project tasks. Able to develop project plans, timelines, and project statuses. Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the projects to top management. Assess service request /enhancement feasibility, effort, schedule, and risk plan. Identify and escalate risks to higher levels to mitigate impact on project delivery. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Run daily stand-up meetings. Skills: Desired Profile 4 + years of Experience in PHP, CI, WordPress, Magento, Shopify, Presta shop, OOPs & MySQL, various open-source frameworks. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, XHTML, CSS, AJAX, and SQL. Strong Data Modelling and SQL Database skills (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL). Familiar with Cloud Services. Expertise with ElasticSearch/Solr. Proficient in Code Review/Standard/Practices. Good Understanding & hands-on experience of microservices & its implementation patterns. Must be directly communicating with Clients and handling projects independently.
