Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and overall HR strategy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a productive and positive workplace culture that aligns with IBOs core values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
  • Conduct workforce planning to meet the organizations hiring needs.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Establish relationships with job portals, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions for talent sourcing.

Employee Relations & Management:

  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture enhancement.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards.
  • Organize team-building activities and employee welfare programs.

Performance Management & Training:

  • Design and implement a structured performance management system, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate learning & development programs for employees.
  • Support leadership in employee development and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Ensure competitive salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
  • Manage payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
  • Oversee employee benefits such as health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.

Compliance & HR Operations:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and analytics.
  • Implement HR software and digital solutions for efficient HR operations.
  • Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive HR initiatives effectively.
