Role OverviewWe seek a versatile Video Editor and Videographer to capture and craft compelling visual stories for corporate and event projects. The ideal candidate will lead a small shoot team, operate gimbal and camera equipment, and deliver polished, brand‑consistent video content from concept through final edit.

Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot, and edit corporate videos, product demos, event highlights, and social‑media clips.

- Operate gimbal stabilizers, DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, and audio gear to achieve professional‑grade footage.

- Lead a 2‑3‑person shoot team: assign tasks, manage on‑site workflow, and ensure safety and quality standards.

- Edit footage using Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro, adding motion graphics, color grading, and sound design as required.

- Collaborate with creative directors, content creators, and clients to understand briefs and deliver on‑brand outputs.

- Manage file organization, backups, and deliverables in agreed timelines.

- Stay updated with industry trends, new shooting techniques, and editing software updates.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Media, Film Production, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Minimum 3 years of professional video editing and shooting experience, with a strong portfolio.

- Proven ability to operate gimbal systems and handle a variety of camera setups.

- Experience leading small video production teams and coordinating event shoots.

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and basic audio editing tools.

- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends for events.

Preferred Skills- Knowledge of corporate branding guidelines.

- Experience with drone videography (optional).

- Familiarity with motion‑graphics templates and basic UI/UX design for video content.
