Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality solar photovoltaic (PV) panels in India, covering the entire solar value chain from polysilicon (in some cases) to finished panel assembly. We are committed to driving innovation and sustainability in the renewable energy sector. Our operations encompass the production of solar cells, wafers, glass, backsheets, encapsulants, junction boxes, frames, connectors, and the final assembly of PV modules. We are experiencing rapid growth and seek a dynamic and experienced General Manager.
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 15+ years in Sales Leadership, preferably within the Solar PV industry or related renewable energy sectors for 5+yrs. Demonstrated experience in building sales teams and distribution networks from scratch.
Salary: Competitive (Commensurate with experience and market standards)
Reports To: CEO/Managing Director

This is a unique opportunity to build the sales strategy and market presence from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on leader, and a proven executor with a strong track record of building high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth in the solar industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the solar PV market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create and implement a national sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
