Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fill key roles across the hotels various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads and management to determine staffing requirements and create job postings.
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, shortlisting, and initial interviews.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Design and administer a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to the hospitality industry.
- Oversee exit formalities, including exit interviews and feedback collection, for continuous improvement.

Payroll & Compliance Management
- Handle salary processing, PF, ESI, and other statutory contributions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant labour regulations.

Policy Development & Implementation
- Formulate, update, and communicate HR policies that align with the hotels objectives and legal requirements.
- Address policy-related queries and ensure consistent adherence across all departments.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to fairly evaluate employee contributions.
- Develop engagement initiatives (e.g., team-building activities, training sessions) to foster a cohesive, guest-focused culture.
- Recommend and oversee workplace improvement initiatives that encourage productivity, collaboration, and high standards of service.

HR Administration & Record-Keeping
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.
- Provide regular HR metrics and reports for management review.

Strategic HR Planning
- Partner with senior leadership to identify workforce needs and create staffing strategies.
- Contribute to the long-term HR roadmap to support Hotel Worldtrees goals.
Preferred candidate profile 
Bachelors degree in commerce, HR, or a related field (Master’s or HR Certification is a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in HR, covering recruitment, payroll, compliance, and performance appraisals.
Strong understanding of PF, ESI, and labour laws relevant to the hospitality sector.
