We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive at Hoogmatic, you will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building lasting relationships with clients seeking loan solutions. Your goal will be to help customers find the right financial product and ensure a smooth loan process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers through leads and field visits
Explain Hoogmatic’s financial products and services clearly to clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options
Assist in documentation and application processes
Follow up with clients to ensure timely processing
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success
Maintain customer database and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Finance or Loan industry preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Basic knowledge of loans and financial products is an advantage
Must be self-motivated and customer-oriented
