To implement a robust HRMS in the organization and lead projects like Compensation & Employee benefits, Health & Safety, Employee Satisfaction Survey, etc
To build a career path for all employees and facilitate providing both functional & competency trainings
To create a safe and harmonious work environment for all employees and make sure all employees follow company policies diligently
To participate in Union Settlement discussions and ensure smooth closure of all employee related concerns
To review and update employment contracts and ensure all statutory obligations are met without any deviation
To manage employee morale and ensure compensation benefits are commensurate to the industry and the performance of employees
